Developers of assisted-living homes in Flower Mound Tx are adding new facilities in Denton and Fort Worth.
LaSalle Developments have built 9 other homes in the North Texas area, including Arlington, Carrollton and others. The assisted living homes are set up to service adults with Alzheimers and other types of dementia.
The Denton Autumn Leaves facility costs $7.6 million and has a similar size to the Fort Worth Autumn Leaves - around 36 units and 45 beds. The Fort Worth project is scheduled to open in June of 2009, while the Denton home plans to begin building in November of next year.
