Habitat for Humanity Womens Build Needs Your Help

Irving, TX, December 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Terry Gould, Director of Marketing for CAP Digisoft Solutions announced today that the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build of Denton County website, donated by his company, is now up and running.

As one of the proud sponsors of this project; CAP Digisoft Solutions congratulates all of the women who have volunteered their time and effort. From the initial organizing and fund raising to the pounding of the last nail; the project is run entirely by the women of Denton County.

The website was created in order to inform the public of the need for this type of housing and to facilitate donations to the building fund. Denton Area Gets New Autumn Leaves Home

Developers of assisted-living homes in Flower Mound Tx are adding new facilities in Denton and Fort Worth.

LaSalle Developments have built 9 other homes in the North Texas area, including Arlington, Carrollton and others. The assisted living homes are set up to service adults with Alzheimers and other types of dementia.

The Denton Autumn Leaves facility costs $7.6 million and has a similar size to the Fort Worth Autumn Leaves - around 36 units and 45 beds. The Fort Worth project is scheduled to open in June of 2009, while the Denton home plans to begin building in November of next year.

Autumn Leaves is a family owned business that operates out of Chicago. These types of facilities are always a wonderful benefit to the lives of many families who have loved ones with these types of disorder. Our residents should be proud to offer facilities such as these in sufficient numbers to service the communities' needs.

Flower Mound Library Receives Award

Flower Mound enjoyed the recognition of receiving one of 20 awards from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association. The Achievement of Excellence Award for 2007 was given to 20 of the 565 libraries in Texas, and Flower Mound was one of the ones honored.

The winning libraries had to meet several requirements to be considered, which included having summer reading programs, and a website.

Other cities in the winning 20 included Bedford, Burleson, Haltom City, Hurst, and Richland Hills. Congratulations to the Flower Mound library folks! Another shining example of why it's great to call Flower Mound Texas home!
